Mashoom is a great CRM system for Sage 200, it is light weight, very easy to navigate and brings contacts, quotes and pricing all into one convenient space. Mashoom is also highly user configurable which makes it simple to set up and work with groups of contacts.

The task and activity functions have allowed us to build an effective sales management process with minimum extra work for any of the team. As Mashoom uses the Sage native API all your existing data is there is work with and any new data can be instantly sent into Sage 200.

Using this facility we have been integrate our web shop with Sage 200 using Mashoom as the interface and create a bespoke invoicing solution for our Spanish company. I would certainly suggest Mashoom to any Sage 200 user as a very cost effective and easy to use CRM / Sage 200 interface solution.
