What Are Physical Things
What are physical things, and what can they be used for
The "Physical Things" module can be seen as a very flexible database, the only condition being that each physical thing (often referred to as an "asset") must have a serial number.
These can be anything from supermarket scales, aircraft parts or HMOJ buildings. They all be setup in Mashoom to allow robust, maintainable and scalable management of this data. In addition, all of these types can exist together in a single account.
To setup this module, refer to the documentation on our "Fuzzy Data" system.
The "Physical Things" module is the most bare bones example of our data system, and can be used to manage any form of asset.
