Scheduling Form Completion Prompts

Setup regular email prompts to user for them to fill in a form

Some business process requires users to fill in, or have the option to fill in, a form regularly. Good examples of this could be time sheets or H&S reporting forms. Mashoom can be set up to send an email prompt to users asking them to fill in a form, allowing this to be proactively encouraged. Multiple forms can be set up, with user groups and individual schedules set up, providing as much flexibility as required.

To set this up, go to the main menu (9 squares) and under the forms section click "Setup Form Types". Navigate to the form that you would like to set up prompts for, and you'll see an interface like this to the right right hand side.
