How to change the details of a form, then regenerate it

Regenerating a form is an admin only function, that should be used sparingly to correct mistakes. This process is an "escape hatch", it changes the form details without changing the signature or time the form was completed. It should not be used as part of a regular process, doing so circumvents the common sense controls Mashoom imposes of not allowing a form to be edited once it's been completed.

Currently the details of the asset can only be changed, not those of the form. To change the details of an asset attached to the form, follow this tutorial.

Now navigate to the details page of the form, if you're editing an asset you need to press the "Details" button of the forms associated to get to this page.

You will now see this screen which has a blue section headed "Re-generate form":

Once you click this button, the form PDF will be replaced and the original PDF deleted, it's advisable to download the original PDF before this step as a precaution.
